1.      How many flush mount album cover, inner page and size you can do?

We have many different Covers, for example colored glaze; crystal; magazine; wooden paint; canvas; Leather etc. and we also have many different inner pages, for example photo paper , paperboard, PVC card, Art paper. Different size are available.

2.      Do you have any requirement about our photo files? And how to send photos to you?

If you want to order flush mount album cover from our company, pls follow our below programme.

1)     If shooting RAW format, please convert the files to .jpeg files with minimum compression for the best results. Files should be saved as RGB color mode with RGB color profile on JPEG only.

2)     If you would like our company to design the album for you, you only pay some designed charge to us. And send all photo files to me.

3)     When you doing your own design, pls name the photo files in the order, they are be placed in the album. Each image should be a full cross page spread, with the inside covers being included as pages for example cover1, page1-2, page3-4....

4)     Pls download PTF software, if you can not find it, I can send it to you by email. Then you can set up applications according to our sent instruction. We do our best to ensure that the Service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.However,the Service will be interrupted for maintenance,upgrades and emergency repairs or due to failure of telecommunication links and equipment that are beyond the control of us.Every reasonable step will be taken by us to minimize such disruption where it is within the reasonable control of us to do so.You are responsible for creating backups of any content you post to the Service.

5)     At last you can upload your photo files via PTF server to me.

3. How many images do I get to submit?                  

 If our company is designing the album, we recommend you send us at least twice as many images as there are pages in the album. It will help the designer if you also include images that can be included but also can be left out. Feel free to place must-have and optional images in separate folders. If you are doing the design, then we expect one image file for every cross page, and if appropriate, one or more for the cover.

4. Are the covers included in the 20 cross pages in an album?  

A 20 page album will contain nine leaves, plus the inside front and inside back cover. The outside covers never count as extra pages, even if they hold images.

5. Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee? 

100% color match cannot be guaranteed.We will color match to the best of our ability. Because of the nature of photographic prints and albums we have no control over the manner in which they are handled, and so cannot extend our guarantee past the point of acceptance.
